Celebrating National Science Week 2023, DKA is hosting two educational sessions at the Desert Knowledge Precinct, suitable for kids aged 8 — 25(!) years.
SESSION 1 = SOLAR / 3.45pm — 4.45pm, WEDNESDAY 16 AUGUST
Learn how the sun’s radiation converts into electricity using free power & BUILD YOUR OWN MINI SOLAR CAR TO TAKE HOME!
SESSION 2 = SATELLITES / 11am — 12pm, SATURDAY 19 AUGUST
An open invitation to the community to visit the first & only Aboriginal-owned satellites in Australia & learn how they provide DATA THAT HELPS THE WORLD!
