The Busi­ness & Inno­va­tion Cen­tre (BIC) is a sophis­ti­cat­ed office facil­i­ty at the Desert Knowl­edge Precinct, designed by award-win­ning archi­tects. It has state-of-the-art meet­ing rooms and con­fer­ence spaces, as well as book­able office space and hot-desk hire, all in a serene set­ting 10 min­utes south of Alice Springs.

The Busi­ness & Inno­va­tion Cen­tre at the Desert Knowl­edge Precinct is sur­round­ed by pic­turesque bush­land, and has a range of func­tion rooms avail­able to hire, all with video­con­fer­enc­ing and Inter­net capa­bil­i­ty, break-out areas and access to kitchen facil­i­ties – every­thing you need to host your next event.

Cork­wood Room

Named after the icon­ic bush­land tree, our largest con­fer­ence room can accommodate:

  • 25 peo­ple in a U‑shape / board­room setting
  • 35 peo­ple in a class­room setting
  • 50 peo­ple in a work­shop setting
  • 70 peo­ple in a the­atre-style setting

This ver­sa­tile room with sun­ny bush­land views can accommodate:

  • 20 peo­ple in a board­room setting
