Sera is an Arrernte woman from Central Australia and an accomplished executive with extensive experience across complex, multi-sector environments. Currently working with the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC), she brings strong leadership in Indigenous policy, land management, and economic development, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

Sera has held senior leadership roles across major industries, including construction, mining, and professional services, where she led strategies to maximise social, cultural, and economic benefits—most notably driving significant Indigenous participation and procurement outcomes on large-scale projects. She has also contributed at a strategic level through board and advisory roles, and in leadership positions supporting regional economic development and Aboriginal enterprise growth.
